Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charge: Shipping is included on any order valued £150 or greater; any order valued less than £150 will be subject to a shipping and handling charge of £30. All orders are shipped from Canada, any duties, taxes or additional local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Time for Delivery: we endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock it will usually be delivered to your front door within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery Confirmation: you will receive confirmation of your order once the checkout process is complete. You may also print off the final screen for your records. If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order we will telephone to explain and give an estimated delivery time.

Faulty Goods: you have seven days from date of receipt of your goods to inspect them for faults. If the goods are faulty please contact us by phone or email within seven days, quoting date of order and the order number. Please return the faulty goods in their original packaging for inspection. We will reimburse you for cost of postage. All faulty products will be replaced without charge.

Cancellation of order: you may cancel an order within 7 working days provided it has not already been despatched.

Returning goods: you may return goods within 7 days provided the product(s) are in original condition and any packaging has not been removed or damaged. Costs for returning non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer. At out discretion we may accept return of goods after the 7 day period but we will need to charge a re-stocking fee.

Undelivered Goods: if any part part of your order is not delivered please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate the cause. If necessary we will send replacements.
